As much as we may try to create the perfect piece of software, the complexity of software development ensures that problems do occasionally surface. If you suspect that you may have found a bug in any Cowtec product, please feel free to contact us directly.
When reporting a bug, please try and be as specific as possible and give a literal step-by-step account of how to reproduce the problem. Remember that if we cannot reproduce your problem, it will make it all the more difficult to fix.
Depending upon the nature of your request and the complexity of the problem, you will typically receive a response within a few days.
